We had the best burgers & cocktails. Service was excellent in the dining room and we will be back to sample more dishes very soon!
We had a fantastic experience here last night. We sat at the bar, and Angelo absolutely crushed it! He made us some incredible drinks and was fun, attentive, and clearly knows his craft. It set the tone for the whole evening. Lilly Anne was our server and took great care of us as well. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and perfectly paced everything. Food-wise, we ordered the tuna carpaccio, hamachi crisp, beef tartare, and the garlic shrimp, and every single one of those dishes was outstanding. Fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The garlic shrimp in particular was a standout. We also tried the tamal, which was the only miss for us-we wouldn't order that one again, but honestly, everything else more than made up for it. Amazing drinks, excellent service, and some truly memorable dishes. We'll definitely be back (and sitting at the bar again).
It was really great ! It was my birthday and I was with my 3 favorite males on the planet ( my husband and two sons) we had great service by Buddha! And the food was phenomenal! The cocktails weren't great but the great food really was exceptional!!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫🤩
I had wanted to try this restaurant for years having heard so many stories of its history. So glad I decided to celebrate my husband's birthday there. The food was excellent, and our server was 5 stars! She was efficient, pleasant and professional and told us more of the restaurant's history than I knew. I would definitely recommend it and plan to return. The restaurant and its history are romantic, the food was excellent and beautifully presented. My husband loved the cocktail list.
Had a great meal; the food and service was excellent. I noticed that Palace has fewer tables per square foot compared to other Santa Fe restaurants. It was nice not having other tables right next to ours. Will be going back again & again.
Shrimp slightly undone, eerything else was great Year of the TIger Pinot was delicious. staff was extraordinarily attentive and aware.
The food was terrible and the price was outrageous, given the quality and presentation. The tables were bare with only the napkin and silverware. There was no bread or literally anything else on the table. The ambience was nice and the service was very slow. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant with so many others available in the area of downtown Santa Fe.
The food was wonderful. Service was great. Loved the atmosphere. It was a wonderful experience.
Wonderful food. A great evening with friends. The steak was perfectly cooked. Appetizers were excellent and desserts were phenomenal.
Hands down the best dining experience we had during this visit to Santa Fe. We were pleasantly surprised by the space around the table, the noise level, and the ticket times, considering high traffic time of year. The food itself was beautifully presented, good quality and excellent flavor and Balance. We typically go to Geronimo and Café Pasqual's like everyone else who comes to visit... But, now Palace will be a mainstay.

Always a great place to eat downtown Santa Fe. Menu get refreshed with new apps and entree's.
We dined at the Palace on New Year's Eve, right after the concert at the Lensic. Our reservation time was honored on a very busy night, and the service from our waitress was excellent. The food we ordered was universally superb. My husband loved his oysters with caviar, and my beef tartar was incredible - so uniquely prepared and presented. I also enjoyed my squid ink risotto - so tasty and a perfect portion size. We will definitely be coming back during 2026.
This is one of three favorite places for me to go in Santa Fe. Liliana always provides excellent service and I never regret dinner at Palace Prime!
Wonderful experience for all on New Year's Eve. One of our party, who is very picky about steak, thought the Steak au Poivre was excellent. This is also one of the few popular restaurants in Santa Fe where you can hear your guests and have a decent conversation. Service was excellent. I always enjoy going here.
We ate in the lounge, which we prefer for its coziness and proximity to the bar and kitchen. The restaurant has been nicely redone; it now is warm and welcoming. Service was good, drinks were good and the food very good. My garlic shrimp with polenta was exceptional, and the mole on my duck confit exceptional. Two of our fellow diners had the pressed lamb, and both loved the dish. The ice cream and sorbet desserts were quite tasty.
