Excellent food served by wonderful staff who makes you feel welcome and relaxed. I'm still dreaming about the butter-soft filet mignon and the best fries I've had in a very long time. They also have interesting wine-by-the-glass selections. The dining room is spacious, with tables set far apart (in a good way), and the light is warm and softly subdued. A very nice place for a very nice meal.

Excellent ambience. One of the best restaurants in Santa Fe., with a incredible history on the location. A property full of history. The seafood was tasty and delicious. The tuna tartar is unbeatable. I recommend the seafood tower and the scallops. The chocolate mousse was amazing. It is a must in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Went with friends for restraunt week. Sea bass, filet mignon and pork chop were all excellent. Wedge salads and potatoe leek soup was also good. Chocolate mousse and sherbets were great.

It's a steakhouse, plain and simple. Food wasn't a standout nor the decor, with lighting uncomfortably low. It just squeezed into four stars. Friendly staff though.

We had their tenderloin filet during Restaurant Week in Santa Fe, and it was outstanding - simply delicious! The service was great, and the atmosphere casual and inviting. Will definitely return.

The food is amazing. Service is excellent. It's a really cool atmosphere. Sweet bar with an extensive whiskey selection. You would be silly not to splurge on yourself and go here when you are in Santa Fe.

Four of us went for restaurant week. The place was completely full and the energy great. The food -- the food was phenomenal. Traditional and perfectly executed shrimp cocktail as well as well crafted wedge salads. The sea bass was exquisite and incredible fresh. Friends who had the filet loved it. Finally, service was impeccable and Austin's wine pairings could not have been more complementary to the food -- that Mexican chardonnay from Baja....wow.

We thoroughly enjoyed your most recent Restaurant Week menu. Our cocktails/wine options were excellent. Entrees were flavorful. The service was attentive. The three course menu was perfect for us. We will plan on attending again next year.

I was so disappointed. The portions were ridiculously small. The steak was the size of a biscuit. Although the taste was very good, not worth the money. I could not even see the sea bass under the cabbage. That is how small the portions were. I regretted not going to Prime Palace Restaurant Week 2023 so I made it my first choice in 2024. Not returning anytime soon. Anyone thinking about Restaurant Week options, because it is still not cheap, if you don't want a dish that can fit on a coffee cup saucer..go somewhere else.

Our second time at Palace Prime and it did not disappoint. Our server was fantastic, the food was outstanding, and the overall experience was great. Three of us had the filet mignon, and it was melt in your mouth cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend Palace Prime.

We dined during restaurant week and everything was fantastic! The steak truly melted in your mouth. The wedge and shrimp cocktail perfect and both desserts were, as well. Beautiful venue and great bar service from Carly!

We haven't been to the Palace since they changed ownership. Hadn't wanted to mar our memories, but were very pleasantly surprised. Very pleased with the menu options. Each course was prepared to perfection. The staff was attentive, informed, and responsive. A quiet, intimate environment. We can't wait to go back.
