Not open during posted hours of operation. Im giving an average 3 star review simply because there was no closed sign other than the open light not being on. No be back later sign. Plenty of pastries seen through the window but I wonder if they were fresh or not as no one could be seen inside. I know bread is life but if there is no access to pan de vida there was no vida!
I simply didn't want wedding cake at my wedding. I wanted flan and tres leches. I had no idea how hard it would be to find someone to make large quantities (enough for 85 people) in Taos. So, I had to look to Santa Fe... Pan de Vida agreed to make my cakes. With no time to even try it myself, I just hoped that they would be at least ok. They were amazing. My mom described the tres leches as eating a cloud. The flan was smooth throughout. Highly recommend! I hope to visit...
Wonderful baked goods. We loved everything we tried! Conchas are a favorite. The cookies are some of the best we've had in New Mexico. We're looking forward to trying the flan and the tres leches cake!
