Best pho I’ve had in Santa Fe. Super-sized portion with tasty broth and plenty of toppings. I can only vouch for the pho since that is all I ever get. When I went I did end up ordering some Thai tea which was fairly tasty. I will definitely be coming back for more. The atmosphere is nice and the service is great and attentive.
I've been a regular at Pho Ava since they opened in 2017, and it remains one of my favorite spots in Santa Fe. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is always great. What keeps me coming back is the Bun; it's outstanding with its vibrant mix of fresh and crisp sprouts and vegetables. Excellently prepared proteins and noodles come together in this flawless combination, consistently delivering a truly satisfying meal.
First time eating at Pho Ava, and even though this place is small and tucked away in a tiny strip mall, the food is good, and the service is good and polite. My only gripe would be that they don't clean the squeeze spouts on their condiment bottles. They were a little disgusting. Otherwise, the restaurant was clean.
