Love this place so much and have loved them! Their food is always vibrant with flavor and the veggies are always so fresh! My one dock of star though is it seems the pho broth changed and it’s incredibly fatty/oily? I ordered to-go for an opera picnic and had to use ice cubes to collect the fat off the broth. A few weeks later it was just as heavy. Eventually the meat and veggies absorb it and I just add more water but should I start ordering a different broth? Or is this just...

We came here for a late lunch. The taste in the pho restaurant is very similar to that in Vietnam. The bowl of pho was so big, we couldn't eat it all. My vegetarian pho was huge and delicious. Happy service.
