Happened upon Thomas doing a pop up stand Saturday. VERY GLAD we did. Had hard to find vegan bakery options that were amazing. DEFINITELY WORTH PLANNING AHEAD WITH AN ADVANCED ORDER. Next time in Santa Fe I will order ahead for sure!

Plantita is a great business. They are also one of the only local vegan bakers that can prepare an order with only a few days notice which I appreciate because I am not great at planning weeks in advance. The owner also delivers for a nominal fee. Everything I have ordered from them has been 10/10. The carrot cake was particularly fantastic! Everyone was raving about it. It had the perfect frosting to cake ratio. I highly recommend Plantita!

Amazing find! The strawberry chocolate chip muffin is probably the best muffin I've ever had. Moist and fluffy with perfect caramelization on top--you can tell a lot of love went into the batter, it was so flavorful. Cinnamon roll was just as dreamy. The owner was very kind. I wish I lived in SF so I could eat this deliciousness all the time!

Seemed a bit disoriented, confusing and long wait with the orderly execution of reviewing the menu, ordering the items and finally on-site delivery. The desserts were good i.e., cinnamon bun, cookie and cake.

Happy we were in town during this pop-up, the baked goods were phenomenal and the owner is super nice. He gave us a lot of other tips for good vegan spots in NM. The Mexican hot chocolate cookie is to die for ?

We love their bagels and empanadas and pizza. We order whole wheat and they make that happen every time. Green chili bagels.....THE BEST!! Some people dont like to have to order in advance, but it is sooooo worth it.

Recently arrived in Santa Fe and my whole family has fallen in love with this bakery! From cinnamon rolls and chocolate orange cupcakes to hatch green chilli cornbread and mouthwatering empanadas, this exceptional bakery is all hits. Highly recommended, whether you're vegan or not (and I'm not!)
