He beat Bobby Flay! Paddy Rawal is a super cool dude, full of energy. I love Indian and Thai food and couldn't help but check this place out.The food was great and good-sized portions. Their chicken biryani was perfectly seasoned with a slight bit spicy. The chicken kebabs were tender and went well with the samosa appetizers. I wish they had an indoor dining at this place.

Excellent Indian food in Santa Fe! Spiced exactly right. Very authentic Indian food hitting the same and better quality bar as the Indian restaurants in England. 10/10 recommend. Great for takeout ? the tikka masala is out of this world

If this restaurant were based in Denver CO I'd frequent it every week. You Santa Fean's are in luck that there's an East Indian Chef that brings out the wonderful flavors rather than the spice which is where ALL the other Indian restaurants have got it wrong. I am originally from India and prolly ate Chicken Curry as my first baby solid food in the early 80's. I always rate a new Indian restaurant on two staple foods... Chicken Tikka Masala and their Mango Lassi. This guy ... Chef Paddy ... got both these foods right and actually set a new benchmark for flavors in my book. I've eaten 100's of Chicken Tikka Masalas in 100's of restaurants in India and the USA and the food here is the Chicken Tikka Benchmark of Indian restaurants. My wife ordered the Paneer Tikka and Butter Chicken on different occasions and she was impressed. We ordered the baklava based on another review and it did not disappoint. We are considering getting food from here again today... a third day in a row for our 5 day Santa Fe trip, this speaks volumes of how good the food is. 8.11.2023

I am relatively newly relocated to Santa Fe and have had a hankering for good Indian food ever since I arrived. One of my staff at my gallery, a regional gourmand, suggested I try this little place.Suffice to say, I have eaten there six times in the last two weeks. The food is delicious, and the chef really knows what he's doing. There is the added advantage of it being exclusively to go, which means I don't have to tip heavily or wait on line. I've tried several different dishes and all have been excellent..... Only they could be a little hotter.I will go back frequently as they are right in my neighborhood.

I ordered 4 entrees for takeout yesterday. 3 of the entrees were inedible. It was just the worst food I’ve had, probably anywhere. I got pad Thai-not the slightest resemblance of the dish, the noodles were way over cooked and mushy, just gross-flavors were severely off. 2nd dish-a flat noodle dish, it was like they opened a jar of sweet and sour sauce and just poured it all over the noodles. Shrimp was wagyu over cooked-one bite and I wanted to spit it out-a $28 dish at that. 3rd dish- vegetable biryani- way too much seasoning, couldn’t enjoy because it was so overpowering. Last dish was chicken massaman-the only edible dish, but it was not massaman, and just a curry of some kind.Chef-taste your food, this was just unacceptably awful for the price. I would never let this food walk out of my kitchen.

We were lucky enough to have been able to enjoy Chef Paddy Rawal's cuisine in East Lansing, MI when he had his Mumbai restaurant there. We made a point to stop in Santa Fe, NM while on our way to Phoenix AZ, to again enjoy the sophisticated and complex flavors of his wonderful lamb vindaloo. It was just as good as I remembered!! Thank you, Chef!Parking: Large free parking lot behind the restaurant!

We are on vacation in Santa Fe, had a craving for Indian food, and found Raga Go, a gourmet, takeaway venue. We looked at two other restaurants but since it was a Monday, both were closed. We are so glad they were! Chef Paddy Rawal greeted us and immediately offered to make us an appetizer that his mother used to make him. It was delicious and nothing like we had ever had before. We brought food home and it was amazing. Thank you Chef Rawal! We may see you again before we head back to Boston. - Michele & Isabel

Paddy's food is always outstanding! Had the chicken tikka and ancho chicken. Both were exceptional and in healthy portions.

Mmmm Meh

Our go to pick up spot. Not everything is amazing, but the dishes we like are on point. The crispy okra is our favorite! I wouldn’t suggest their biryani. Surprisingly their Thai masaman curry is some of the best Thai curry in town. Be warned though when they say mild, they mean MILD. We usually get spicy, but had a guest over that can’t do spicy, so we got mild, and that apparently also means no flavor. It was the blandest Indian food we’ve ever had.Vegetarian options: Good veg options.

Friends and I are in town staying at a home we rented conveniently located from here. Ironically while watching Beat Bobby Flay that afternoon we saw the episode Chef Paddy won & decided to order for dinner. We chose Butter Chicken, basmati rice & of course homemade naan. When hubby & friend went to pick up, Chef Paddy was in the kitchen. He was so engaging and kind. He even whipped up his winning Chicken Tikka as a treat for us to also try. Food was spiced perfectly, rich and creamy and naan was grilled and a taste to die for. If you want an authentic Indian meal while you're in SF, don't miss this to go restaurant.

Best Indian food I've ever had, and I've had it in many major cities across the U.S. and UK. I was in Santa Fe for a month-long business trip and regret not discovering this spot until the day before I left. All the ingredients were top notch. The sauces were extraordinary. The chicken was tender and delicious. I would fly back to Santa Fe from the East Coast for this food. Also, oddly enough for an Indian restaurant, it was the best baklava I've ever had from any Greek restaurant. If you love Indian food, add this place to your bucket list.

I have ordered from Raaga-go many times and have been very pleased with the food I received. But tonight I had the biggest disappointment. the Shrimp Tandoori was inedible. The shrimp was rubbery and tasted off, the rice and peas were oily and also tasted off. While all the other dishes; eggplant, lentils, spinach chaat were excellent, it was all I could do to remove the taste of the shrimp from my mouth. I'll go back, but no shrimp for me.

Chef Paddy served me rancid shrimp for $25. We ordered take out this weekend and were given food that would have surely made us violently ill. The shrimp where the consistency of toothpaste and smelled like a dead cat. There is absolutely no way they didn't smell the shrimp when they were cooking it. Honestly, we were excited when Raaga made their return, but we will never order food from them again after this horrid experience.

Worst indian food , please don't even call this indian food . Sambar gone bad , raitha gone bad and smelled disgusting ! . Veg biryani is undercooked , only edible thing was panneer makhani .. like i can giv it 3 star . Dear chef Paddy , please consider giving fresh food instead of frozen and thawed when we are paying more than enough for a take-away !

We had Raaga-go for the first time tonight, and ate it while watching Chef Paddy beat Bobby Flay on TV. Food was a phenomenal blend of spices (I had the Biriyani). Paddy truly is a gift to Santa Fe!!
