Excellent Indian food in Santa Fe! Spiced exactly right. Very authentic Indian food hitting the same and better quality bar as the Indian restaurants in England. 10/10 recommend. Great for takeout ? the tikka masala is out of this world
If this restaurant were based in Denver CO I'd frequent it every week. You Santa Fean's are in luck that there's an East Indian Chef that brings out the wonderful flavors rather than the spice which is where ALL the other Indian restaurants have got it wrong. I am originally from India and prolly ate Chicken Curry as my first baby solid food in the early 80's. I always rate a new Indian restaurant on two staple foods... We were lucky enough to have been able to enjoy Chef Paddy Rawal's cuisine in East Lansing, MI when he had his Mumbai restaurant there. We made a point to stop in Santa Fe, NM while on our way to Phoenix AZ, to again enjoy the sophisticated and complex flavors of his wonderful lamb vindaloo. It was just as good as I remembered!! Thank you, Chef!
