I recommend Rio Chama for its calm quiet and private ambiance, even if sitting near another table. The food is very good. The service is quiet, discrete and very good. It's easy to have a conversation.
At this four person business dinner I was very pleased with the initial greeting and quick service to our table. Our guest seem to be very happy with the selection of the restaurant. I was surprised how infrequent our waiter came to the table. The food was not as good as we expected. The two people who ordered the salads were pretty happy.
