We had been on the road for a few days and hadn't really had a really good meal since we left home. Well, Radish and Rye changed that!! It was sooo good! The cocktails were tasty. And all our food was delicious. We had the roasted beet salad and it ended up being one of my husband's favorites for the night which says a lot since he is not a fan of beets. I chose this restaurant to celebrate my sisters birthday. Upon checkin, they asked whose birthday it was. However m I was disappointed that nothing was done for her birthday. Dessert was not complimentary or anything. The food and service was very good. The Kentucky butter cake could use more sauce on it.
We've loved the quality of the food & service at R&R for years. The unusual space & positive staff are part of the ambience. Food is reliably fresh, menu vibrant. But we've know 2 couples who insist on eating elsewhere because they cannot stand the noise level at R&R, they've sworn never to return. The bar needs one noise level and adult diners need less.
