Exquisite dining in an ordinary looking (from the outside) low roofed adobe style house in Santa Fe. We were heartily welcomed by AJ the bartender- who was pleasant and since it was a slow night in February allowed us to choose the location of the table we wanted to dine in. Tucked in the well lit corner we got comfortable in the booth and we were immediately greeted by Angel, who made sure our water glasses never went dry, and was attentive to plate delivery and removal all...
We came in for New Year's Eve... We had a nice table out in the indoor patio area... Felt a little bit less special in terms of ambience than being inside the restaurant, but it was quiet. The food was well executed, arrived hot. Price seems a little high for what it is when comparing to restaurants like Geronimo. But overall, would return again. 
After dining here several years ago, I determine to return to Restaurant Martin my next stay in Santa Fe. I was not disappointed. This chef provides a culinary experience. We ordered the lamb and fish entrees and delighted in our own desserts. No sharing here! Our waiter was knowledgeable, very professional, and gave excellent service. If you are a foodie, you don't want to miss this address.
