It was wonderful to support Santa Fe's only fully vegan eatery during our recent trip. Jack and both his parents are lovely, friendly folks and we chatted a lot! All the food we ordered was terrific and well-seasoned. The soup was yummy and we ordered one scoop of everything in the case. We went again on Friday AM to get the weekly specials. The chocolate babka was divine and we brought a loaf of the caraway rye back to Seattle. I wish the bread was 'higher' so we could make sandwiches with it.

LOVE THIS PLACE! what a gem in Santa fe. The only fully vegan place with an amazing bakery and the best, kindest service and vibe. Highly recommend and will always come back when I'm in town.

I am a vegan and found this restaurant online. The food was extraordinary! I had several smaller dishes to try a variety, and each one had a distinctive taste. The consistency of each was just what you would expect from non-vegan food, such as crabcakes, egg salad, chicken salad, and more. Root 66 also has a vegan bakery. I purchased their bread, brownies, and oatmeal cookies. Everything was fresh and delicious! I plan to frequent this café regularly.Dietary restrictions: I feel healthier eating vegan. Now, I cannot have cholesterol, so it works for me.

this is my first café that I’ve been to since moving to Santa Fe a week ago. I have to say it is such a relief to see them doing Whole Foods vegan food and not processed stuff. The fact they’re organic and vegan 100% makes them 100% win. Jack is a great chef, and I met his mother as well and I couldn’t be more happy with their company and conversations. I can’t wait to come back and try everything on the menu.
