“The restaurant is a little out of the way but well worth it. All four dishes were excellent and with generous portions as well. The staff was super friendly and responsive. The place was very clean and inviting. There is plenty of parking. It is very popular so get there early or be patient.“

“Pizza was delicious, but place was a bit odd. Granted, we arrived during a winter storm. Bartender was nowhere to be found, although some people had drinks. Self-serve, perhaps? Ended up going to adjacent bar and pizza maker delivered to us, which solved the issue.“

“We had a very enjoyable experience at Cottonwood Kitchen. Our server, Dan, was so friendly he made us feel very welcome and at ease. He promptly greeted us with cold waters and lemon slices, and returned moments later with delicious drinks from the bar and a delicious appetizer. He recommended entrees for the two of us, which surpassed both of our expectations. They tasted delicious, and the food presentations were so appealing. He frequently checked on our needs without ever interrupting our conversations. He seamlessly and unobtrusively weaved between his many tables, keeping everyone happy and satisfied. His calm cheerful manner complimented our dinner. He attended to needs we did not even know we had, like bringing us extra napkins during the meal. It was an outstanding dinner experience.“

“5 Stars – Upper Crust Pizza (Santa Fe, NM) The crust? Divine. The sauce? Baptized in flavor. The vibe? Holy and homemade. Right next to the Loretto Chapel—so I followed up a miracle staircase with a miracle slice. Coincidence? I think not. If Jesus broke bread in Santa Fe, it’d be this crust. I got a turkey club and an almond milk cappuccino. Both were delicious. Bonus points for making me a sandwich (that most people probably want for lunch) before 9 am. Honestly this is probably one of the best turkey clubs I’ve had in a while! Thank you for making it for me.“

“Got here early and ordered food at 5. Food was ready by 5:21. Perfect timing. This place has everything together here. Bathrooms are cleaned and have no smells even in the men's restroom. It's just too bad the place is surrounded by commercial buildings. Not really a good atmosphere other than the people.
The tables were a bit sticky. You can tell the teenagers here aren't paying attention to the details. Just two wipes and the table is cleared is the mentality I'm picking up from this.
The floors need attention. There are stains from years of neglect it seems. Or maybe they just had a bad week but they need to be shampooed very soon.
Pizza came out hot and the salads were cold. Perfect mix.“

“First time to order from Upper Crust. While I do appreciate local businesses, likely not to order from them again. The toppings were very sparse, especially for the price. EDIT: As a kind gesture, I was later contacted by management to offer replacement of my order. While I was not looking for that, the fact that they reached out was very nice.“

“Overall real good. Waiter we had was no good. Young guy. Had to ask for refills, our soup, spaghetti spoon, bread and the receipt. It didn't print at the table and we needed it for work. Just poor service. Maybe we hit it at a bad time. It was 12:15 lunch time but they wasn't busy.“

“I’m not a big fan of pasta but my husband is, we found this place while walking around downtown and exploring a bit, and we decided to tried. OMG this blow up my mind, mac&cheese here is DELICIOUS, if I wanna eat pasta I’m definitely coming back here, I don’t mind driving 4-5 hrs. Me and my husband ordered a size medium container of mac&cheese and it was super cheap and they give you A LOT. We were super full. Congrats to the owner.“
