Our family stopped in after dinner and oddly, they only had one kind of ice cream: Rum Raisin, plus about five kinds or sorbet. So I asked for a cookies and cream milkshake from their sign and they were out.
I’ve never been to Haagen-Dazs before but expected at least several flavors of ice cream.
What a great spot for ice cream for 3 little ones and 4 adults. Horrible experience as we entered the building. Three people standing around @ 7pm. The establishment closes at 9 pm. We were told we could not order any milkshakes or Sundays, because they are closing soon??? I asked twice don't you close at 9pm? It is 7pm now. Still responded with the same attitude STATING that is the stores policy!!!! WOW!
Says online that they open at nine. I walked in a 9:25. The man at the counter was VERY rude and told me that I had to leave. He said they open at 9:30.
Lovely customer SERVice. Amiyah, who helped me and friend, was so kind, very attentive, and quick. Her service will DEFINITELY bring us back.
Would give negative stars if I could. Although the product was as expected, the customer service was not. Rude people working there, no smiles, no welcome, impatient, shove the credit card machine towards us and walked off, no receipt provided, rushed to just get us out the door and it wasn't even that busy. Also noted, they added a tip for themselves when my credit card statement came in. Skip this Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream shop in Santa Fe.
Haagen Dazs ice cream is a great ice cream.
Need to improve some customer skills/communications. Place is old but clean in overall. 4 ice creams (2 cones and 2 cups) for $30.
Great ice cream but the store is filthy. The clerks are lazy and contradict each other (“yes, we have pistachio ice cream “; “no we don’t “; “we don’t have mint chocolate chip”, “yes we do”). Very poor service and very disorganized ordering/serving. Whoever owns this franchise needs to spend some time in the store and get better employees.
Three stars is generous - they have a captive market so it really doesn’t matter the tourist will be there anyway so they don’t have to care.
Ordered a Sunday but the guy was having trouble getting the hot fudge out of the container so he just gave it a 1/2 a squeeze and gave up
This guy in photo is superman... he was serving people so fast.... amazing 👍 hopefully owners are looking after him properly....
We asked which flavors were gluten free. Instead of checking with someone we were told that all the flavors had gluten. That is definitely not true.

Had a great milkshake here a year ago. Wonderful customer service.
Never met a group of teenagers more uninterested in doing thier job. 6 of them in a huddle with 1 sitting on the counter not acknowledging me at the ice cream window . Took a good few minutes before the one sitting on the counter sighed and then helped me. Wanted to try some samples but knew better than to put them through such a hell.
Two girls were sitting on the counter, throwing money at each other. Ignoring all the customers running back-and-forth, one name was Ashley.. with purple and blue hair like a guy. Horrible service absolutely horrible.. coming from someone with experience... This is so humiliating… maybe the owners should pay more attention to the people serving their ice cream.
I would be so embarrassed if I was the owner of this company or franchise. To have two girls sitting on the counter with their phones about to fall out throwing money on each other like a strip club. Total embarrassment to your place.
I watched over 20 people walk in and then ignore them and walk out. Absolutely horrible.
Watch your cameras.
I have 2 young girls and that was not what I would want them to think that’s what work is. That was so embarrassing for them to see. I hope this reaches the right people. I should had taken a video. But I’m sure you can go in today and see it for yourself.
It was a great ice cream but a little expensive
It’s haagen dazs, you know what you’re getting, but the staff are just so disinterested in you. The way they setup the line is backwards too, you have to “cut in” the line to see your choices and then swim upstream to get to the register to pay. New management could jump this up to a 5 star place easy.
