Santa Fe Espresso Co: Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream

Nice try. I hope you can do better next time.

The ice cream was good but the service was terrible.
The guy had the music really loud and it seemed that he didn’t wanna work at all.
The place looks terrible: outdated, dirty, messy and seems like no body cares about the place.

Scarce and noticeably old pastry
Doors and walls without paint
Doesn't Haagendazs supervise its franchises?

This is fraud. I didn’t realize that they add tips automatically. If I hadn’t asked for a receipt, I wouldn’t have found out that they added tips. What the hell is going on at this place and in this country? When and why did tipping become mandatory? And at an ice cream place?

Went to try and get some ice cream at 7:30 and they said they were closed. They need to either update their hours or stop short changing their customers.

Stopped in there for a coffee while shopping at the plaza. The Guy making our coffee was the rudest person ever. Wish I would have spent my coffee money somewhere else. Jerk!!!

What a dump! I disturbed the naps of the two teenagers working behind the counter. There were lots of puddles of melted ice cream and trash on the floor. It was so gross.

When I walked in, all I saw was the Häagen-Dazs sign. And I did not see the Häagen-Dazs name on the Google Maps name until I got in my car. I did not see Santa Fe Espresso Co name anywhere. I asked them about it and they did not know where the Santa Fe Espresso Company was.

I was only a block away when I realized my error, but given how nasty the place was and how lazy the employees are I opted to go somewhere else.

The owner was absolutely horrible to every customer that came in. it was like we were bothering him by wanting ice cream. He Treated his staff horrible. Place was dirty.

This is a Very run down and out of date shop for its location they should be more professional and and up to date it's really sad to see big corporations running like they are poor especially in our beautiful city it's very concerning if corporations like this even know their name is being represented by run down places like this out of date establishment and equipment very sad experience if I could give all 0 stars 🌟 I would ! No selection of drinks just water from wal mart plus the disgusting ccasedisplay case with old cakes this place needs to give up or do something to improve this mess of a place there's also no air conditioning in the summer come on haagen dazs you can do better for your employees and especially customers as myself which you probably will lose at this establishment!

The milk shakes are more like a cold drink. Not thick and creamy. Asked them to remake it and they just made it the exact same way. Disappointing for 8 dollars

No coffee because only the manager is allowed to do it like excuse me. No soda because the soda fountain machine doesn't have actual soda. The whole story was extremely hot it was gross. NEVER COMING BACK. THE EMPLOYEES DIDNT KNOW HOW TO PRINT OUT A RECEIPT.....

Completely terrible service. The owner is a complete jerk who is rude to both customers and his employees. Very slow, considering the owner refuses to help his employees when the place gets busy. Also, how can an ice-cream store open and close so early? They close at 6 pm which is ridiculous. That's about the time everyone wants ice-cream, but nope. They're closed. Don't come here.
