I was in Santa Fe for a few days and I was already tired of the food and i came to the conclusion that nothing would wow me. this place gave us such a great experience. It was the only place in the city that actually gave me a wow moment. A true chef in my opinion. a must try!

The meal was incredible overall. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the mole starters, each mole was delicious on its own, but the dish felt like it was missing something, maybe because the tortillas were a bit cold and plain. Conceptually though, it was such a creative way to open the meal.

The chef’s soup absolutely lived up to the hype. It’s unlike anything else out there, deeply thoughtful, special, and almost impossible to describe to someone who hasn’t experienced it.

I had the shrimp enchilada, and it was one of the top five Mexican dishes I’ve had in my life. The flavors were next level and the presentation was stunning.

We had a nice dinner here - very attentive staff. The starters were particularly memorable. I found my main dish very salty but perhaps personal preference.
Not sure I’d recommend coming here but other people seem to rave about Sazón so perhaps my expectations were a bit high.

Absolute amazing experience! The food was great, our waiter Zaith was friendly and explained all the dishes. He even gave us suggestions of Santa Fe dishes + sights. The art was pleasant to take a stroll to look through. Definitely get something with molé (we had the fish of the day + the duck) and the très leches.

First of all, wow. Sitting in the car speechless. Considering not eating breakfast tomorrow to savor the flavor in my mouth.
Our waiter, Julian, was absolutely fantastic.
The ambiance was fabulous.
The food was beyond amazing. The flavours and presentation were wonderful. I reccommend the Sopa de Amor and the chef’s specialty dessert.
Thank you again to Julian for the best service.

This is meal was one of the best I have ever had. It is on par with any meal from any Michelin star restaurant I've been to. Do not sleep on the Chef's specials. The soup is magical and the dessert was incredible.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Saxon. It started with our great server Nicholas who gave some great recommendations and was very personable. The Sopa de Amor was the best soup I have ever tasted, especially made with great crab and poblano. The halibut was great as well mixed with their green mole. Not too thrilled that they charged us for the water but I can let that go. We got to meet Chef Fernando, and he is definitely not like any head chef I had ever met. The menu is pricey but great for an indulgent meal.

The food was delicious. We had the salmon and the Halibut. Both amazing and the sauces were perfect. The 'Soup of Love' is amazing as well. Our server Alycia was truly amazing. She did a wonderful job describing each dish to a tee, and making them all sound delicious. It's great to have a first class waitress in Santa Fe!

I take anyone who comes to visit me in Santa Fe to Sazon for a spectacular meal and impressive service. Last night, I took two friends who are world travelers and hoped they would love it as much as I do. And they did! They are still raving about it. The Sopa de Amor, moles, duck, lamb and halibut were outstanding and Chef's visit to our table was a lovely, welcoming touch.

Exceptional food and service; loved being greeted by Chef Olea during dinner! We had a party of 6 and every dish we ordered was superb. The Sazonita cocktail was delicious too. Definitely order the Chef's special Sopa de Amor as one of your appetizers and the Dulce Sinfonia for dessert. Melt in your mouth phenomenal meat dishes, and the most amazing halibut I have ever tasted!

Maybe the best dinner experience of my life. I have never witnessed the dance of plating and clearing quite like these masters in their field. The course were out of this world. Whatever your waiter recommends, do it. The vibe is everyone is so proud to be there and know they are serving food worthy of our praise and appreciation. It was a treat to get to dine in such a special place.

Nice atmosphere & decor. Wait staff professional & accommodating, but Tuna and Lamb entrees were NOT good. Tuna tasteless, not flaky or moist. The lamb was not cooked properly. A shame for such high end dining in Santa Fe

I’ve eaten here many times but last night was particularly exceptional. We had the stuffed squash blossoms—one of the best appetizers I’ve ever had anywhere, and I had the fish special. The fish was so fresh and perfectly prepared. It’s literally the best fish dish I’ve ever eaten. Paired with the green mole, chef’s kiss! Of course, as always, the chef was walking around greeting every table.
