The burrito was one of the best I’ve had. The food trucks of Santa Fe are always better than the store front restaurants and that is certainly true here

We came here on Saturday 07/27 around 10pm, ordered one Nachos with asada & tripa, and three burritos for 4 people. It came out to be $66, they took cash only, no receipt. The counter lady said it would take 15-20 minutes, we didn’t get our foods until 45 minutes later, she said it took longer because of the tripa, that was not informed to us when we ordered. The burritos ($16 each) were half the size of a Chipotle burrito, the Nachos (also $16) was the store-bought round nachos kind with only had meat & cheese sauce, nothing else, and was super salty. We have been to multiple sonora style food trucks in New Mexico, this one has been the worst so far.
