I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Sopaipilla Factory Restaurant in Pojoaque, while I stopped by the Peoh Cultural Center and I must say, it was a truly relaxing experience. This is clearly a place where families, both local and tourist alike, can come together and enjoy great Northern Mexican food. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and everyone seemed to be having a wonderful dining experience.

What a great dinner!!! The Pueblo taco with shredded beef was a real winner. The combination plate was delicious and the chiles rellenos we crispy We enjoyed our Sopaipillas with real honey are outstanding. Our waiter was friendly and had a great sense of humor. We loved it!!

There was 11 of us and everyone had something different I had chili rellenos and the chili was kind of tuff to cut and had a lot of seeds I would order something different next time
