Ie… the pump screen was down. I went inside to use my wex card. Which is Not a prepay service. I attempted to explain the processing and was told “ that’s not how it works here - A” ? well ok then. Maybe hire people who are familiar with the register and speedway corporate card use. Def won’t come back here for fuel anytime.

How is this a 24/7 store when people want to stop and get what they need and it's always closed! CLOSED due to something irrelevant, everytime we go and we dont go as much because of it!

This speedway is embarrassing place are 2 times that we went to put gas and same girl that charged me only charges me for the pack of cigarettes but I tell her to put 20$ in gas so I go outside to try to put the gas so I go back inside to pay for a different pump and she tells me it needs to clear that it's going to do the same stuff not work so wat do you do here she tells me she doesn't know bout the pump but ur working as a cashier charging ppl GET IT TOGETHER and the cigarettes were 8.47 that I normally get them for and she charges me 10$ so did she do that cuz she doesn't know how to do her job can you fire the chick can't do her job at all that's all you hear is talk and not worrying about the job and there customers..! It's pathetic I HOPE YOU LOOK AT THE REVIEW SO YOU CAN DO YOUR DAM JOB I WOULD PUT HER NAME PUT SHE doesn't HAVE A NAME TAG!!

Worst group of employees! They don't know how to run transactions correct I just had 2 separate transactions charged on 2 separate cards. And they did it wrong so it was cancelled and now I can't put gas! Cuz they took everything from not just one card but 2. Then they want to blame me cuz she didn't hear the amount I told her to charge. And you know what their answer is we'll u didn't have enough money? And it will be refunded in 5 days. So I have to wait 5 days on empty tank cuz they make mistakes and blame customers. Rude all the time. They think it's all funny then they each say they are the manager. I think I know what I had in my acct. It's your mistake and you should refund it right there or listen instead of goofing off. The place looks like a dirty gross cafeteria nobody cleans up around the food. And they all act like a group of teenagers. And do their job like one. I'm stuck with no gas for the week and all they can say is come back in 5 days when it gets refunded into your acct.? R u crazy. This is 4th time they done this to me in one month. So I'm on hold demanding to talk to a regional. Nobody even knows who the manager is they just make names up and laugh. This is my money and gas you just took from me for 5 days! It's not funny. You don't just drain both my accts cuz u can't understand how much gas I needed. If u can't hear then stop goofing around. I live 25 minutes away and just got out the hospital. I don't have time to deal with trashy remarks. U charged my accts and I deserved that transaction x2. Grow up cuz I'm not gonna let this go. I'm stuck in my car with no gas tonight in the cold. That's why u should think twice about how u treat someone. U have no idea what is going on in their life for u to say "oh well"! Clean your store out and get some decent employees! Or at least a decent manager cuz apparently everyone of them is the manager. First it was one lady then another then I call and it's a different one and you laugh about it. Karmas a B, little girls!
