The atmosphere was amazing. They played Taylor swift and it really made my time in the store so enjoyable. Keep up the great service and love the Playlist :) I got a brown sugar shaken espresso, I believe the girls who made it was named asylim. She literally killed it. This is my fav drink and I can say with confidence this is the best it has ever been made. Absolute perfection.

I ordered off the mobile app during a time when it was unavailable. I went in the next day and it was easy as pie to speak to the lovely batistas and then the manager at the 106 W. San Francisco location. They remade my coffee and even offered a refund. Thank you!

The young lady Desi was so awesome and friendly with her Customer Service. Very professional. I saw her skills in the store , very dedicated and she made sure all ran smooth. Please get more employees like Desi. She’s sincere and caring. Valuable asset to your store.
