This location needs serious help and I figure is way understaffed, therefore I don’t want to leave a low star review because it is not the staffs fault. I ordered my mobile order from home said 11 min est I waited in the line before getting to the speaker for 11 minutes alone and they said they’d try to have it ready by the time I get to the window, continued to wait another 15+ minutes from the speaker to the window. Ended up late to work because I never expected Starbucks...
Great place, great atmosphere, service is ok, manager Jenny, it seems nice, but needs a little extra to have great customer sevice, the rest of the crew were quiet, no greetings. I believe they follow their leader, Jenny has a great smile, and I am sure that next time that I visit this location, she will be doing better,???, but overall a great place to visit and get a hot or cold ☕️, thank you Jenny ???
Grayson is amazing! They hustle at their job always nice and helpful even if other employees aren't pitching in to help. Surprised to see the red head manager still at Starbucks. She was talking to someone who was doing maintenance for at least 30 min. I needed Splenda and stood at the register without anyone in front of me or behind me for at least 5 min. There were 4 employees there and only two working. The young girl at the windows who I believe is new to Starbucks only...
