Service was super slow. It didn't seem like any staff spoke English, so I believe this added to the long wait time. After waiting for 30 minutes to order, all the vegetables looked old and nasty. Overall, it was a bad experience.

WOW, Bread was stale and hard....no attention to detail, old toppings..this location sux...hold up, once i got it home the meats were dried out and bread unedible

Messed up my Order and was rude about a mistake they made The Females working at 5041 wondering what took me so long to notice my order was WRONG sorry for giving you the benefit of the doubt. I will be taking these back for a refund because it’s my fault right I need to take time out of my day and take it back! Ate it for my break 1 hour later yes I took some bites But it’s wrong and they were rude I’d like a refund

I don’t enjoy leaving anybody a poor review, however I’m hoping this will help improve this Subway location because it’s nice to enjoy a good sandwich.Food, customer service, atmosphere, & the restaurant storefront appearance is inconsistent.

Vegetarian options: Shredded lettuce looked like it had been sitting out for 5 days - meaning brown spots. Tomatoes were not ripe and had freezer burns.

Horrible experience which is unusual for Subway. I ordered the meatball sandwich but when I went to pay I was told that they had no change. I was forced to pay with my credit card. This is unprofessional for any business. Then, the sandwich was poorly made and the bread was old. The whole thing fell apart and became a mess. The atmosphere was bad due to the workers' attitudes. I am sorry I made the choice to go there.
Bread is always stale like it is left over from the previous day, and the meatballs are always cold. Meatballs for sandwiches should always be kept hot. I shouldn’t have to heat up the meatballs when I get home, that’s ridiculous.
I would like to put zero star because the store dirty customer service is really bad and then the the bread it’s old
