To be honest, I haven't been to Taco Bell in a while. I am impressed with their new menu items, the Cantina Chicken ones. Worth trying out! The Avocado Verde salsa is tasty, too!

I was getting my tire fixed at discount tire. All of my travel partners were off shopping and eating gourmet food. I needed to eat, so I walked over to the Taco bell. They made the same food as my local Taco Bell but a little fresher a little faster a little bit nicer. If you're in Santa Fe from out of town and you just need to eat and you like taco bell, this place is just fine.

Last night - a drive thru employee was touching food with her bare hands - no gloves - and when I brought it up to the manager - Hispanic male - they didn’t care. They even laughed about it with their assistant manager. The same female employee - with glasses - was on her phone at the drive thru - with theft so rampant how do you know she’s not taking photos of cards she’s handed? Arrogant and reckless behavior.

Placed a order. Said no I didn't after paid on the app. Sent me up the road to another Taco Bell. No order here. My receipt has the address on it. Now I have no food and I payed for something I didn't get. No way to cancel the order like they said on my app.Pissed off !!!!

Went thru drive thru 6:30 pm on 1/3/24 ordered # 7 Chicken quesadillas, and 4 crunchy tacos, asked the cashier face to face for 20 hot sauce. Get back to the hotel, a few problems, gave me 7 hot sauce instead of the 20 I asked him in person, the chicken quesadillas… they forgot the chicken… only cheese. Also one taco looked like they launched a scoop of taco meat after the taco was wrapped. Probably an off night or new staff, wont go to this location again.
