Taco Bell uses touch screens to order. I had to get some help to finish up my order. I had a crunchy Gordita and a taco. Small ice tea no sugar with a splash of lemonade. lol great location.

Boycott this Taco Bell. Everytime I come to this location there is always one issue or another the food is almost always bad, the managers are rude and couldn't care less about customer service. Never have any issues at the other two locations, it's just this one Corporate needs to step in and restructure this circus.

Visit quite often food isnāt too bad just very disappointing to see staff ignore the older generation that donāt know how to work their new machines . Through the drive thru you have to take customers order what so different about them going in?

It took 35 minutes for the person next to me to get a drink. Everyone in line kept saying this Taco Bell is the worst in town. I placed a mobile order on the way there and got my food fast and delicious. Everyone looked at me like how did that happen LOL itās called ordering ahead š¤£

Itās a regular Taco Bell with a good amount of people working there. Unfortunately they messed up our order twice and took their time to correct it.

7/29/25 6pm. After traveling from Arizona we decided to stop and grab a bite to eat. We stood at counter ready to order for 10-15 minutes. Employees ignored us till I leaned over and asked an employee if someone will take our oder. She responded āUse the Order panelā and turned away from me. I said you got to be kidding me right? Again I responded: ā You refuse to take a customer oder?ā She just continued to ignore me. We all turned to each other and thought this was a joke. Nope, no joke she just walked away. The gentleman waiting for his order turned around to us and said āGood Luck with these employees.ā We looked puzzled as he walked out after finally receiving his order. Stating that āthis location is the worst location to visit and as a door dash he hates to pickup from this location.ā I responded Thank you for the input sir. So we walked out and went next door to McDonalds.The Manager at the counter greeted us with Good evening hope your day has gone well. I explained to the manager talking our Oder of what just accrued next door. Not only did he take our Oder with a smile and great us with hospitality. The manager brought our oder to our table and said āWe hold our employees to a higher standard and stated that his shift crew will always go the extra mile for the customer.ā He again āThanked us for stopping in and welcomed us back anytime.ā Now that is TRUE Customer Service. Maybe your Taco Bell Location( Promenade Blvd SF) can learn from that manager @ Mc Donals next door how to treat Paying Customerās. We will never visit or recommend this Taco Bell location to our family and traveling advisers.
