Do NOT use the app to place an order at this location. First time I did it, they said it would be a 10 minute wait and to come into the lobby for pick up. Second time I placed an order through the app the girl in the drive thru said come back in 10 minutes. The golden arches next door would never do that to a customer. It would be faster to just order through the drive thru than use the app. Also, after waiting the 10 min for our order, the food was cold and we didn't receive the complete order.

They want you to use the iPad to order, no one wanted to take my order at the front, then talked some Spanish when they were walking away, I may not know a lot but I know enough to know that ‘wero’ and pointing at me means nothing good.
I also asked for onions and they gave me all their onions, seriously what’s wrong these staff, no one wants to do good service anymore and wants to get back at you for simply just wanting someone to take your order instead of using an iPad that took me 5 minutes to get my order done, when I already know what I wanted could’ve been done in less than 2 minutes.

If it was possible I would have rated everything 0 stars. Very bad customer service the girls that work there always have an attitude for no reason they basically throw the bag at you then slam the window shut. The guys just don’t pay attention or don’t care because I’m always either missing an item or given the wrong items. Last month I picked up my order and not 1 item was correct I ordered 3 bean burritos, 2 soft tacos and 2 hard tacos and was given all Doritos locos tacos instead when I went to ask for the right items they refused to give me the correct order saying I switched the items out so i just asked for a refund they slammed the window shut and walked away. How can I switch out the items when you’re the one that handed them to me!? So regardless of who’s working always check your stuff they never put the sauce in the bag then when you ask for some they get mad and the quality of the food is horrible!! It’s either cold moldy or the order is wrong I can’t eat onions because I’m allergic to them so when I ask for no onions they tend to add extra and when I ask if they can fix it because I’m allergic they say I’m lying and it’s not possible to be allergic to onions so they refuse to fix it same thing with the drinks there’s never enough flavored syrup no matter what soda you get it just tastes like carbonated sour water and they refuse to fix it when you ask for a replacement. It’s mostly lazy high school kids working there but even when adults are there the restaurant is just run very bad if I’m paying for the food I expect it to be made the way it was requested not the way you feel like making it! When this place first opened it was run very well but now that it’s been open for a while and a new batch of workers are there it’s just embarrassing how this place is run. After my experience tonight I will never order from this location again if you do choose to order from here I sincerely hope you have a better experience than me good luck!
Dietary restrictions: If your allergic to something DO NOT EAT HERE or at the very least ALWAYS CHECK THE FOOD every time I ask onion be removed from the food they add extra I’m allergic to onion I don’t know if they do it on purpose or just don’t care or don’t pay attention or both when asked if they can fix it they refuse saying that’s how the order was placed or act like they don’t hear you when you try showing them your receipt or the app and walk away these lazy people are going to kill someone one of these days
