Whenever my friends come to town, this is the first place I take them, and then giggle when they request that we go back for every meal. Plus, they have hibiscus iced tea. Swoon...

It doesn't get any better than Taco Fundacion with a mind-boggling array of flavorful tacos of every type plus lots of other great offerings. It's good, it's fast and it's reasonably priced. What's not to like?

I have been out of Santa Fe for 3 years, this place used to have exceptional taco's I don't know what happened but the inedible trash that I paid 4$ each for a very shitty horrible tasting taco. if I knew the phone number of the unconscious people who own this disappointment I would warn them that they are going out of business. Be warned

The tacos I had were GREAT!!! I want to give it 5 stars, but... they are always out of fillings. I guess that is a plus in one way- the make it fresh and when it runs out for the day, it runs out. And the soft serve is delicious, but a little too soft. They do just give you a cup and you can fill it up with as much as you want. Service was excellent.

This place is great! I love their VERDURAS tacos, especially the #2 with the artichoke and purple potatoes. They have fabulous combinations and even soft serve ice cream for dessert. The staff is always nice and my taco was filled with all the great goodness to the max when I went for lunch yesterday. I also love their beans and rice. That's something I don't like a lot of places, but here I can eat the whole container! I go often and recommend them often. Happy to have them as a great go-to taco place I don't think I'll ever get tired of.

Best tacos in Santa Fe-El Pastor and chicken Mole are my favorite! Tortilla chips and horchata are the bomb. Great for lunch-not fancy, but quick and excellent service. Even open on the 4th of July. We live here and go often. You can't beat the selection and prices!

Casual eatery with great food, interesting choices, outside picnic tables, fair prices, handy parking lot. Friendly relaxed atmosphere. Vegetarian options. Plenty of sunshine. I had "3 Street Tacos" and "Hibiscus-Lavender Iced Tea." Pets are welcome to join you outside. Only downside for me was the proximity to traffic & street noise ... but the flavors and good prep more than justified eating so close to moving vehicles. This is the kind of place where you might sit down at the table with people you don't know (yet).

One of the main ingredients, avocado, was left off. Absolutely no flavor other than the burnt potatoes. Went to inform them in a calm manner that the burrito was really not good. Guy who made it shrugged it off and carried on his way. Won’t be going back. If you like fast, cheap, and flavorless- here’s your place.
