Had a pint of the cream stout. Very good!

Bizarre experience...my wife and I visit Santa Fe often from Denver, and we always try to stop in here since the beer is delicious. However, this time when we arrived, we ordered our beers and the bartender told us that we have to sit down to order more beers and that we couldn't do a tab. Odd, because I've never heard that any other time I've been in here, but I assumed it was a new policy.

We found seating easily, it wasn't particularly busy, and my wife and I sat down to enjoy our drinks. My wife then had to step out for an important long phone call from a family member and I tried to order another beer. I was ignored by staff, I felt totally invisible. Other groups started to arrive and they were served and taken care of. I tried to get the staffs attention and was still ignored.

I really don't understand what I did wrong, I only drank one beer so it's not like I was in there behaving like a sloppy drunk or anything. All I wanted was a 2nd beer and the staff at this place treated me like I was invisible and ignored me while taking care of everybody else around me! I definitely won't be returning.

I was here a year ago, visiting from Vancouver Island, and I am *still* thinking about The Original Alien Burger. Possibly the best burger of my life. The pretzel and beer cheese was exceptional as well. Thoroughly enjoyed the beers, especially the Helles. Visited twice during my stay in Santa Fe, and can't wait to return some day.

Excellent beer and good food. Josh the bartender is very attentive. Will surely keep on coming back!

I come here all the time so I brought my friend from out of town. We sat for thirty minutes and never saw our waiter. We checked in with the front staff and they were like “sorry we are busy”. But two tables who arrived after us were already eating. I regret bringing my friend! We had to leave to eat somewhere else.

Good food, always willing to help with food allergies, and a general good vibe all around.
Great for hanging with the girls and safe to bring the kids.
We're repeat customers because they can be trusted and are friendly.

Nice place to stop for a burger and a beer after visiting Meow Wolf. Good table size for our 10 person group. Hard working and attentive table wait staff. But the bartender refused to sell us a beer when he learned we were at a table waiting for the rest of our group to arrive. He was not busy with only a half dozen customers at the bar. Will be a repeat customer but hope to never need that bartender for service.

I'm a regular here but no longer. The server we had tonight was abrasive when she bothered to show up to our table, she literally ignored us for the last hour we were there. On top of that she took the liberty of adding a 20% gratuity to our check (the first time any server had ever done this here when we've hosted our company game nights -- not explicitly stating she would). We had 6 people at our table and the check I paid for covered 3 people. This experience ruined rufina taproom for me. Will not be back.

Sometimes the wait is long and service can be hit or miss, but the food and beer are good. This location has a nice, dog friendly patio. The indoor seating area can be loud when all tables are full because of the concrete floors and exposed beam ceilings. I love their pretzle with cheese, and they have several gluten removed beer options for those who are gluten intolerant. The entire menu is good and I tend to get different entres each time.

In town for work and dropped in on a Tuesday night for dinner.

Food was really great (had the chicken pot pie special) and the 2 beers I had were fantastic! They had a great selection of beers that I would love to come back for...

Great little local taproom and worth dropping in!

Only negative was the parking (small lot was full so we had to park a few blocks away), but it wasn't too bad, and despite so many cars, the taproom wasn't crowded.

Great atmosphere, very chill, relaxing. Good variety of beers to try. Will come back next time I'm in Santa Fe

If you care about musicians being treated well and fairly, do not support this business. In my 6 years as a professional musician, I have never felt as disrespected and disheartened as I did playing here. 0/10 recommend.
