Ordered steak family meal to go. The sides we ordered were fries and fries with bacon and cheese. All I got was fries. I paid extra for the bacon cheese fries and never got them. Other than that everything was great.

Would have given 5 stars but unlike the other Texas Roadhouse restaurants, they don't offer veterans discount daily. Our Server mentioned that ONLY on Tuesdays which was a disappointment sonics we decided to go on a Sunday.

I’m a regular Roadhouse customer and I have always enjoyed eating at this steak houses. However the last two times I eat at the Santa Fe NM location the food was a disaster I ordered a Porterhouse steak medium cooked. I waited for more than an hour and when it got to the table, the steak was cold and over cooked, the vegetables ware cold and very old. When I mentioned to the floor supervisor all she said was I’m sorry. What a bad experience!

Gotta do better. Too many basic things missed or done wrong. Host (Josh) was on his personal phone texting and no eye contact. Made my first impression confusing instead of welcoming. Host stations to the left and right? Huh? My chicken comes with a side.. honey mustard, ranch, bbq sauce and it wasn’t brought out with it. Same with a pulled pork dinner we ordered no sauce. These sauces are shown on the menu photos. When I asked for the sauces I got an excuse rather than sauce “if I don’t write it down I’ll forget.” Well why ask me about sauces? For fun? The bathroom also had employees in there on their cell phones texting. Y’all need lockers and staff that doesn’t tell us and table behind us snippy excuses. Do better guys. I know you can but we won’t be coming back here anytime soon. ✌️

I ordered medallions to go and when you order a steak medium, you expect it to be medium, not well done! It's a steak house!!! When I got back to the hotel, I opened the utensils and the forks prongs were broken off, completely unusable. I also requested plain mashed potatoes with peppercorn sauce in place of rice and recieved neither one. Absolutely horrible!
Great experience...especially from our super knowledgeable and friendly waitress Amber!! Thank you for a wonderful dinner experience!! 😋 💕

Your server Melissa was our waitress. Terrible service. Order was wrong 🙃 asked for ginger ale, she said dont have it even after we mentioned we have gotten it the last 4 we have been to this restaurant. You did have it and a other server brought it to our table. She never checked on us until well after the food arrived. Then I asked another server to help us because she wasn't making any effort to see to our table. She was sooo rude when we mentioned an issue with our order. Being argumentative about the issue instead of fixing the problem. Attempted to leave a comment on your kiosk to no avail. Mentioned our dissatisfaction with staff on our way out. DO BETTER MELISSA! Customer service is Everything!!!!!!
