My nephew and I came here on a recent trip to Santa Fe. We saw the “stars” but didn’t read the reviews and figured it was a good place. The burgers were well rounded as if they just were form a frozen package, I’d rate them around a 7 or so. As for the wings, they were horrible and flavorless. Unfortunately they make you pay before you eat which also gives the tip option. If I would’ve ate before I paid and tipped I would’ve left a lesser tip due to the food and service. Also, no fountain drinks. Canned coked. Over all for 3 of us, it was around $70+, definitely not worth even $30. Would’ve been better at a big chain restaurant I’m familiar with.

Bring back the duck fries!! They did have the oil to make us some even tho it wasn't on the menu and OMG they are so good!! They taste cleaner as weird as that might sound. But to be honest their hot dogs are waaaay better than their burgers. The burgers are average no complaints really. But man get a hot dog and some duck fat fries.

We really wanted to like this place, we've heard good things. Ordered a Fire Burger, truffle parmesan fries and a side of fries with their famous marshmallow sauce for our little guy. The fries came out but no burger. We waited 40 minutes and still no burger. Parmesan truffle fries were good but a little on the pricey side (and skimpy when it came to portion). The side of fries were perfect for my son and he thoroughly enjoyed the marshmallow sauce. The gentleman that took our order was awesome and refunded us for the burger.

A fun place to meet, eat, and have some good cold drinks. Great atmosphere for all ages. The food and service was fabulous. Would go again.Dietary restrictions: Offer gluten free items
We walked by this place and could smell the burgers and it drew us in. The place seemed pretty cool with an indoor bar area and seating area as well as an outdoor area. It wasn’t that packed, although there were plenty of customers sitting down eating and standing in line to order. The service was good, but I was disappointed they didn’t tell us the wait time for food when we were ordering. It took us about 50 minutes to get our food from the time it was ordered. I’m assuming it was because they were short staffed, but a courtesy heads up would have been great. The staff was friendly and really trying to be accommodating, but I just don’t think they had enough people working to meet the demand. Overall, the burgers were pretty good and they do have a selection of draft beers. I wish they had more sodas to choose from. One other thing is it’s cold sitting outside, but the heat burning lamps weren’t working. Apparently out of propane. They’ll need to fire these up again. Overall, the rating was based off this experience, but I’m pretty sure if I went when they were fully staffed it would’ve been higher.

The food was absolutely delicious!! I had the green Chile burger and the flavor was wonderful!Kid-friendliness: There were quite a few kids there. It's a small area but once the kids got their food it was pretty quiet.

I ate here when it first opened many years ago and it was fun. The food was good and the service was great. I walked in this evening and waited over 50 minutes for one burger! The sign on the wall said rated number one for quick bites. I think not! There was nothing quick about it. Their food was OK but I would’ve taken a Sonic’s double meat double cheese loaded with a side order of onion rings any day over this. If they were staffed accordingly, I’m sure the service would’ve been better, but the food is only subpar.

This place used to be sooooo good, now it’s kinda gross and expensive. You already know it’s a pre-made likely frozen patty when they don’t ask for a temperature. They used to use Kobe beef, real nice in house made patties that were a good size. The meat on the burger was clearly a pre-made patty, super thin and cooked within an inch of its life. The flavor of the meat was honestly a bit gross, tasted like it was cooked on a George Foreman grill with vegetable oil, greasy and nasty.Truffle fries used to have real cheese on them, not the grated Parmesan from the plastic shaker that they use now. Thankfully my burger was drowning in BBQ sauce so it was edible. At this point McDonald’s is a better restaurant.
