We stopped in this evening and had an awesome experience. We sat at the bar and both bartenders were very attentive and friendly. Julian went absolutely above and beyond! Thank you for the great experience! We will be back!

Very disappointed. Atmosphere has changed. Beers were good. However, NOT a family friendly place anymore, they don’t seem to want parents with young kids to be here. Might as well just put a sign on the door or online that says NO KIDS. This is also shown by not having the pin ball machines or cartoons along the back wall anymore, now it’s just a blank ugly space. Bartender & customers don’t want “kid” noise and clearly it’s a place that just wants adults. I’ve lived in SF for over 6 years and had been here a few times, each time we brought our kids (8yr & 5yr) and didn’t have any problems, and enjoyed ourselves saying we’d continue to come back, so was excited to come again to meet friends passing through town to celebrate a birthday together. We would always take tables toward the back corner windows to respect others and distance our group. Our kids and their friends were NEVER unsupervised and would alternate between low-key drawing activities at the table, to a small movement game close to our table. If we felt them getting too rowdy we’d intervene. It WAS NOT busy. So we felt very targeted when a customer from the bar specifically walked over to complain to us about the kids “distributing his ability to just enjoy his beer after a long day at work,” and apparently another couple at the bar had a problem too because then the bartender tried to stop serving us and pointed to the “keep children supervised” sign. We had been nothing but good respectful customers with a large tab, and did not deserve to be treated this way. If you have kids and need a place to unwind and gather with friends DO NOT come here. Find a different place. Very sad about this and WILL NOT be coming again.

Drinkery is one of my favorite places to go for a cold beer when I am in Santa Fe so I have been hesitant about leaving a review because I do not like being negative and I understand we all have off days once and a while but there is a guy there who always has a bad attitude when I go in. I am not sure of his name but he is sort of tall with a long beard and glasses. Avoid going there when he is there.

Their beer is decent or comparable to other local brewers. I'd recommend visiting if you haven't before, especially to try dions they're a good pizza place plus beer, win win. Do not go when they have karaoke, the company they use usually has distorted sound and it can get rather unbearable. Other wise a pretty good spot.

There’s a reason this place is always empty and struggling financially. They need to hire a bartender, not a dj. Lady behind the counter watched us walk in, then turned her back to us for over 5 minutes to -I guess- queue music..? We waited another 5 minutes and she never turned around. We didn’t get to even try the beer but a beer wasn’t worth enduring the horrible vibes at this place. Poor service is really just the start of the issues this place has. Don’t bother drinking here- go down the road a couple more miles to Santa Fe Brewing for a exponentially better experience. Or literally anywhere else.
Edit: The 'owner' responded to this review seeking further email correspondence, but never responded to my email.

You are getting popular but your staffing does not support the popularity. Losing volume over staffing it properly on Friday’s. Worries about salary over volume?
Make this place great and stop pinching penny’s
My cousin and I went in and had a great experience. Jen was our bartender. She was funny, kind, attentive, and made our experience special. I don’t drink, but she made me a delicious mocktail so I could enjoy my time with family without feeling left out. Thank you for great service Jen! We will be back!

I was there for a celebration for my aunts birthday we heard that this place had great drinks. But when I went to order a drink from the bartender she wasn’t very nice she made me feel like I shouldn’t have brought my kids when it is a kid friendly bar it was very unsettling, I was very uncomfortable so we left I think Jen was the bartenders name ( purple hair)she was extremely rude to us and my two kids 13 and 6 years come on their kids me and my family will not be returning because of her…

YOUR CAR WILL GET HIT IN THEIR PARKING LOT AND THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU!
I visited the Drinkery on 12/13 and was there for a little over an hour. In that time, my car was hit in the parking lot and the driver fled. Upon noticing I immediately went back inside and left my information with the bartender so a manager could contact me and we could review the outdoor security footage. The bartender even informed me this wasn't the first time. Not surprising as apparently hit and runs are tolerated by management as I will now explain.
Monday 12/16 arrived and I still had not been contacted. I called the Drinkery and was told that they use satellite managers and one would call me as soon as they got in. Friday 12/20 I was still not contacted so I called again. I was told the same thing, that a manager would get in touch. Monday 12/23 I contacted Bosque's corporate line and was met with only a voicemail. This repeated every time I called Bosque corporate and my messages were never returned.
This past Friday, 1/3, I once again called the Drinkery and was, once again, told that a manager would contact me. We are now at Monday 1/6 and I still have had zero contact with any managers at Bosque.
As a final review, good beer, but I cannot recommend ever going to the Drinkery if you value your car. And that management will do absolutely nothing for you if something happens to your car while patronizing their business.
UPDATE: After another couple of weeks, I have finally had communication with management at the Drinkery. The answer? They refuse to show me any security footage without a warrant from the police, but they assure me that they cannot see anything of the hit and run that occurred in their parking lot. Unfortunately, after all of this, I do not trust their word. I believe the footage was either deleted before we could establish contact, the cameras are not functional, or they do not wish to tell me who it was for whatever reason. One would think there would be an attempt to bend rules a bit to remedy this situation, but apparently that is not important to Bosque.
