I had tradition on my breakfast, I don't like spicy first thing in the day. I had 2 over easy eggs, ham(very good and tender),and sour dough toast. It also came with their pantry potatoes. Potatoes spiced and baked with spices. I would have preferred hashbrowns.
My wife wanted Santa Fe style, she had the tup'sburrito. It came with scrambled eggs, fresh veggies @ pantry fries. Wrapped in a corn tortillas, smothered with cheese and Chimayo red chili's. She thought it good, but would have gotten the sauce on the side, as it was a little spicy for her.
As always with pantry restaurants the service was wonder. So good we went to dinner at a different one this evening.

Lovely restaurant, it was a nice and well lit little breakfast spot. The food was delicious, and the waitresses were all friendly. Good coffee, not too expensive either! I'll definitely be returning.

On a drive from Wisconsin to San Diego, so swung by here for a takeout dinner instead of opting for fast food. I got the chicken sandwich and so wanted to give it 5 stars, but I got a thin slice of chicken on my other half of the sandwich so eating it was mostly bread, avocado, peppers and melted cheese đ„Ž. The other half that actually had a full cut of chicken wasnât as flavorful as the other half, so maybe there wasnât as many peppers and seasoning?
The girl hostess was super attentive when I swung in and I got food within 10 minutes of placing the order. Seems like a local favorite, so Iâm sure it was a slip up with my sandwich.

Lots of staff that were constantly in motion. From what I could see, there seemed to be only one waitress for the entire place?
My husband enjoyed his fish n chips. My carne adovado was good, but my rice was undercooked. The sopapillas are fabulous!
The live music was nice. Nice selection and volume... not too loud to have a conversation.

Food is good. Location is nice and the patio I sat on was great. What wasnât great was being totally ignored by the 4 waitress walking around. I got a single refill on my drinks a lemonade and a water. My husband didnât even get a refill on his coffee. We werenât checked on at any point during our time there except when we flagged down the waitresses. The table next to us didnât even drink half their water before the waitress came up and refilled it for them while I sat with nothing to drink in either glass. Makes for a terrible dry time.
