they have the best BBQ in New Mexico. You can tell the patience and knowledge they do to smoke their meat perfectly. the seasoning is not overwhelming and nor sweet. Their side dishes are not overwhelming. It comes with tumeric I think. It keeps the taste well balance. The person in charge in the afternoon is super friendly. Love everything but if I have to choose, pls do try their brisket and pork ribs. Such to die for. My bubba love their potato salad and coleslaw.
I came through from San Antonio on my way to a ski trip to angel fire. The BBQ wasn't bad compared to Texas.

Husband and I got the Carnivore plate, such a great value. Tender brisket, juicy pulled pork and perfectly seasoned. The potato salad with edamame is to die for! And the smoky polish sausage special was fantastic. Love the spicy mustardy BBQ sauces. Friendly and courteous service. My new BBQ

I am from the Midwest so I guess I was prepared to be disappointed, but the burnt ends were too dry and flavorless, and the potato chip side was not homemade. The sangria was good.
Recommended dishes: Mac N' Cheese, Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Mrs DT's Peanut Butter Cookie, Cornbread Potato Salad, Brisket

My cousin and I LOVED this place. Unassuming outside that's really cozy once you come in. And we got to meet Uncle DT himself who was super nice and check in on us but let us enjoy our food (good balance of friendliness haha)! I would definitely get the sandwich again; the meat melted into the soft bread perfectly to create an amazing, rich bite. The other dish was my cousin's who also greatly enjoyed herself here. We also got the cornbread with hatch chilis and ice cream on top which was INCREDIBLE! Wanna come back next time I'm visiting Santa Fe!! Also SO CLOSE to Meow Wolf if you're visiting

Best BBQ in the state! We finally found a place to rival our favorite BBQ food truck in Albuquerque. This place is the real deal... totally worth a drive up to Santa Fe from Albuquerque! We tried a full rack of red chile ribs and a few sides. Everything was outstanding! Our new favorite!Update: Another 5-star review after our smoked turkey Thanksgiving. Best turkey ever!

As I walked into this establishment, I heard the music of John Prine. There is limited seating inside; however, they do offer take out and there is a brewery next door. We were greeted by a wonderful employee who made our visit so enjoyable. we had not been here before, so we decided to order a bit of everything and share. I've heard that if the BBQ is good, you don't need sauce. This is so true here. Everything has such amazing flavor and I can not pick a favorite. Unfortunately, they offer Coca-Cola products. However, there is alcohol available. They also had a cream soda from Boyland Bottling. I decided to try that and was very happy with it. This will be a regular stop for me. Santa Fe is lucky to have this place.
