I have been coming here since it opened. Some earlier spotty times, but since Oliva took over the management, the quality of the food, wait time and service has been fabulous. A special shout out to Joseph who is friendly, professional and efficient. Hopefully the management will see fit to reward such great workers.

We love this place. Husband called to order take out pizzas. I arrived early to pick up and Joseph greeted me right away and rang me up—and it was so sweet, he eyed my 6 year old looking it the little service bell, and he moved it toward her so she could check it out and ring the bell. Even though I was early, they expedited our order and got us out the door before the original called-in pickup time. Service was kind and fast, kid-friendly, and food is great. Thank you Joseph!

Awesome pizza. Friendly and professional staff. Still sale soda by the pitcher. Not a big seating area, but this pizza is good enough, I’d eat in the car if need be. Got half double pepperoni and half pineapple/black olive. Crust was perfect. Sauce was excellent. Just the right amount of cheese to where you dont have to order extra cheese. Clean bathrooms. Definitely recommend.

I was tired and hungry and since I was in El dorado I decided to stop in at the Upper Crust Pizza restaurant. I tell yah it was the best choice I made all day!! The young man that waited on me his name is Joseph was there at the cashier and I being tired just looked at him and he had this big happy smile on his face, which caused me to smile and just his demeanor made my experience here soooo Great!! I ordered the Calzone and also one for my hubby and I can say it was the best Calzone we both have had in a lonnng time. Thank You Joseph for your kindliness, and while waiting for the Calzones I can see around the corner and see him assembling some pizzas and he was very consistent with the way he prepared them and fast too. After my order was done, he brought me my order and still with a big smile on his face I said Thank You!! I left there feeling happy than when I went in when I was tired. Okay so I get home and unpack the bag, and ohhh what a beautiful Calzone it was huge and perfectly round and plenty of filling, my hubby was quite pleased too, very tasty!! I will definitely go back again and hope that Joseph is working, that young man made my day!!! Thank You Joseph and keep up the Great work!!

This place is wonderful. It went through a rough patch there where the pizzas were a bit dried out but over the last several months they have been perfect. Very fresh and delicious. Nice staff, and great environment. Love it when they have live music!

Called in an order for pickup. Was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrive in 25 minutes and I see them just sticking it in the oven. I left without my pizza and went elsewhere! Very frustrating. The gal was unapologetic, so I won't be ordering from them again.

The quality was good, and the taste wasn't bad. We got to the restaurant before the rush and our pizzas got set aside which caused us to wait for an hour. I'm sure this wasn't normal for them, but the response wasn't top notch. Not a place we will visit again, but I'm sure it serves it's locals adequately.
