Top-Notch BBQ for any state 😋!! Luscious, melt-in-your-mouth 🐃 Brisket, tender 🐖 Pork hand-pulled, and Pork Ribs good enough to make you 'smack yo mama'!!!! Excellent Baked Beans and Coleslaw as good as the meat 🍖!! All with great service (delivered with a smile 😃) and reasonable prices! I'm in BBQ heaven 😇😍❣️ Have not tried the BBQ bar across the street, but I would bet $ that they can't top Whole Hog Cafe!!!
I was waiting outside of Whole Hog Cafe Santa Fe to open, really excited to try this BBQ spot only to find out that this location PERMANENTLY CLOSED AS OF NOVEMBER 15, 2025!!!! Really disappointed! Just so everyone knows the Santa Fe location is closed but I guess they have an Albuquerque location that is still open.

Delicious bbq! We had brisket, pulled pork, and tons. The jalapeno mac-n-cheese was not hot, don't let the peppers scare you. Come slaw was great! Service was very nice and friendly! The place was very clean.

Wow. I didn’t quite believe the reviews, but everything was great! The cucumber salad was a great side 👏The meat from the pork ribs really falls off the bone.

We hired Whole Hog for a catered event after dining in Santa Fe. Delicious food, open and consistent communication leading up to our event, and budget friendly. Lots of compliments from our guests. They also did a great job moving everyone through the dinner line so people did not wait long and even had a vegetarian option for one of our guests. Cannot recommend Whole Hog enough

Drove all the way across town.. 6:00 and the doors are locked🤷♀️ good thing cowgirls was open across the street-- barbecue THERE was great and will be my new go to place when I'm in town.

Friendly, fast service. Food is fabulous. 6 different sauce options on the table. And one so hot you have to ask for it. My favorite is the stuffed potato with pulled pork.
Really happy we chose this BBQ place instead of the one across the street . Their music tempted me, but I prefer great food over music. We were not disappointed! Ribs and brisket were the winners. Some of the best we've had.

This is probably the best barbeque in Santa Fe, but the restaurant seems near collapse. It closes early (tonight it closed at 6:15pm even though its sign and website said open until 8:00), and they are frequently running out of food. I am sorry to see this, but there seems to be a problem of management indifference here. I should say we have eaten here regularly for many years and have seen these problems develop.

Great place to have bbq. The pull pork, brisket, and sausage were fantastic with the 6 different bbq sauces to choose from. The side of coleslaw was really good and hit the spot. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We will definitely come again.
