Last day of our vacation in Santa Fe and I looked to Google for a nearby place for a late lunch. I was not disappointed with the Whole Hog Cafe. We each had a beer, the food came out quickly and was OMG delicious. We both had combo plates...the beef brisket is not to be missed.

This is a serious review of the experience of whole hog just to get in the door to enjoy their bbq. On multiple occasions I have been harassed and berated by parking attendants as I was entering whole hog. Today was the last straw and I just returned to my car and went to another bbq place to satisfy my craving. This has happened too many times at whole hog and prefer to not have to go through this experience anymore to give my business to a local business. Please talk to whoever is in charge of this in order to allow anyone who is interested in enjoying your bbq doesn’t have to endure this harassment.

Please change your hours. I'm a truck driver and parked down the street and walked a couple blocks just to try your place. It takes less than a minute to update your hours on Google but wasted alot more of my time. BTW the cowgirl place across the street has great bbq. ?
Love this place, the fully loaded baked potato is a meal (or two) in itself. Discovered it by accident and it’s my go-to every time we are in town. Need to order early so you don’t miss out.
We had a late lunch, so there was no wait to order. Our food came out pretty quickly. The presentation was good and the taste was better. Probably the best potatoe salad I have ever had from a restaurant of any kind, and the pulled pork was definitely the best. Moist and flavorful. Way more (6) sauce options than I'm used to seeing. Prices were a little above average, but worth going back again. The service was great. Helpful, but respectful of "our time". Self serve fountain drinks made seconds convenient, and they do serve beer if you fancy that. Definitely recommend giving this a go. I am from out of town, but would plan to go back when in town.
We just wandered into this place, glad we did. Best food ever. Large portions and good prices. The potatoe salad was the best along with the brisket. It's very clean. The staff was very nice and assisted with our choices. I would go back.when I'm in Santa Fe
