Ordered 2-15ct of cinnasweeties. Which are $4.09 each. Was told we don't have that. Mind you they had 6 of the 5 ct out. Which are $2.99 each. Then said I'll take 6 of the 5 ct. Got charged for each 5 ct. Asked why they are charging me for each individual one when they have always, even suggested, that they just dump 3-5cts into a bag to make 15 ct. The girl their is lazy and a liar. She said that we always charge for individual, when I have never had that done.

Cinnabon products I'm sure are decent. However this is where you buy Auntie Anne's pretzels. The lemonade taste like the powder crap. Pretzel was old and tough. Should've given the $7 to a homeless guy I'm certain he would've bought something better than this stuff. Auntie Anne's should be on these people ruining their name. The Pilot store is clean since it's newer. People for Pilot at this location are nice... But they had a lot of management there today. They obviously don't oversee the pretzels though.

Was charged wrong but they quickly refunded my account. Cinnabon was amazing had the 4 mini shared 2 .pilot is located right on old route 66, kind of neat to see the area.

These girls her are so lazy we are here at 4 pm they only had a few cinnamon rolls I asked them are you guys going to make anymore she goes um no were done for the day I said it's still 3 more hours before you guys close she said yea well I'm not making anymore today. So yea cinnabon if you would make your employees work you would have better business.

The staff was fantastic. My wife and I walked from Portales, NM heading to Albuquerque and got stuck in Santa Rosa. The staff not only let us stay in the lounge until we found a ride, but they fed us as well. Thank you so much to everyone who helped us, we won't forget it.
