Unfortunately, a very bad experience and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The employee was extremely unprofessional; she didn't answer questions, ignored me while I was talking, and I had to repeat my order three times just to get her to look at me and respond. I hope management steps in and trains their staff on basic customer service and respect.
They advertise coffee but they do not sell any. Don’t waste your time!
Ordered 2-15ct of cinnasweeties. Which are $4.09 each. Was told we don't have that. Mind you they had 6 of the 5 ct out. Which are $2.99 each. Then said I'll take 6 of the 5 ct. Got charged for each 5 ct. Asked why they are charging me for each individual one when they have always, even suggested, that they just dump 3-5cts into a bag to make 15 ct. The girl their is lazy and a liar. She said that we always charge for individual, when I have never had that done.
