Drove through the area and stopped overnight at holiday Inn..Chico’s was a nice suprise to end our long drive..we did take out.it was pretty good.. guacamole chips were delicious no salt on the chips which was perfect. Grilled chicken great flavor..assortment of tacos for variety..
Food was good but service/ friendliness was so so at best. They charged $1 for water and do not have any margaritas! No alcohol at all.
After 2 days of SCUBA diving in the Blue Hole of Santa Rosa, NM… small breakfast… no lunch yesterday… I was ready for some NM Mexican food. I found Chico’s and had three street tacos and some guacamole. Best guac I’ve ever had… not just mashed and seasoned…it had chopped up ingredients, obviously freshly made in the kitchen. I had a beef cheek, al pastor, and asada taco. They were all great, but the beef cheek Barbacoa style was 10x better than the other two....read full review
