It isn't a night clinic if it closes at 8 PM like every other clinic.

Absolutely amazing doctors I love dr marin but oh my gosh the wait is SOOOOO long :( waited almost 4 hours last time and today took almost 3

Place used to be wonderful but lately went down hill. We came for a Dr appointment , there was 4 other patients waiting in the waiting room , only 1 got called back in the whole hour we was in the waiting room another walked out . 2 hours later still waiting just to find out the Dr isn't even here!

My daughter and I have been the only ones here and it's been 2 hours and nobody has seen us yet all they did was take my money and ask me to fill out info on a broken tabletI will never come back to this clinic

Sitting here waiting for our COVID and flu vaccines. We scheduled an appointment and prefilled out all our paperwork only to sit here and wait 40+ minutes (so far). I agree with the other reviews, super nice but VERY slow. CVS or Walgreens, while not doctors offices, can have you in and out in less than 10 minutes for vaccines…. We will pass up on this office next time and suggest you do the same.

Update 2021: franco lopez dietician ain't serious about consultation for people w diabetes his secretary is abruptly rude don't recommend they say they want a prior authorization and u get it and they still don't follow up stop wasting people's time mr.lopez

had my daughter here since she was 3mos old switched because for everything they made me take her in including issue i had discussed to them about the day before on a visit always took 2hours or more here on the whole visit dr. marin was never there walk ins arent accepted unless emergency or they feel like it hours arent arent right k*** medical assistant is always in a bad mood seems like doctor would keep wanting me to take her to clinic for every single thing instead of assesing all problems right there dont recommend plus have issues with her lab and prescription orders since shes in nm and is not under a doc in el paso dont go unless u never take ur child to the doc i will say they are corteous and fast but its more cons than pros

Both times I've come here with an early appointment for my vaccine and booster shot. The first time I waited a complete 2 hours only to find out that my message was never received. Following the same number and protocol as the first, I do not understand why I am still waiting without any instructions or information.They are indeed incredibly kind though, just wish they were a bit more puntual.
