“There is the sweetest young lady that works at Arby's and every time I go if she is there she is always just so sweet and makes for a pleasant visit. I don't know if its okay to post her name but if any of the management reads this review please give that young lady a raise she deserves every bit of a nice pay raise. If management responds to this review let me know how i can give you her name i asked her for her name and told her I was going to give a good review for her. “I rarely can afford to eat food out. Sadly, I am also disabled and have physical limitations which cause me more time than other folks to answer my door. Tonight was a wonderful rare occasion and I was able to have Papa John’s delivery for the first time in months maybe years…everything tasted so extra good and their new Parmesan Boneless Chicken was amazing!!! The delivery driver was very sweet and patient and nonjudgmental as so many people can be with my appearance and disabilities. I called the store to express the outstanding customer service and genuine support from their driver who was above kind to me and even complimented my T-Shirt. These days everyone seems preoccupied with their own lives to stop and smell the roses of pizza in this case….thank you All all Papa Johns bc your attitudes and genuinely amazing food was very special rare occasion fir this old lady… Sincerely, Rebecca B.“

“Uneatable! The burgers were cold and smashed together. The new French fries that are supposed to be all Krispy were cold and wadded up in a cup. Cold, rubbery tasted of rancid fry oil. Paid $28 for that and could barely eat anything. The only thing that was the cokes. I can't give a negative score, too bad it deserves it.“
