OK. I realize I wrote a review 7 years ago. Been a long time but I am back. I ordered some biscuchitos a couple years ago and had them shipped to Virginia. I get desperate sometimes for food from home. They were amazing. Just stopped off for some more while in NM. Still excellent. What makes them perfect is she uses enough anise, many people don't. This owner is a talented baker. She was kind enough to sell us a few biscuchitos with no notice, and they are the best. I have been eating home made biscuchitos from New Mexico family members all my life and these are better than homemade. Perfect amount of anise-texture and taste is spot on. Doesn’t get better.
