Don Juan's Cocina is a popular spot for locals and visitors alike, offering delicious New Mexican and Mexican cuisine. The daily special fish tacos are a must-try, paired perfectly with excellent refried beans. The restaurant has a NM/Socorro vibe, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Guests have enjoyed the Chile Relleno, stuffed Sopapilla, and the Huevos Bandidos, which is unique and amazing. The daily special of blue corn enchiladas has also been noted as delicious. Their green chile is always hot and adds a nice warm mouth feel, while the fajitas and sopapias continue to impress. The staff is always friendly, making it a pleasant place to enjoy lunch.
