The best New Mexican food is socorro hands down, and the rice is on another level! I literally eat there 4-5 days a week. The green chile is always delicious and hot! The fajitas are amazing! The sopapias are amazing! The red chile is delicious! The beans, whole and refreiad are very good. Pretty much every is amazing and I'm sure you won't be disappointed!
I love their tacos. I smother them in red which is my favorite and my coworkers love their green. The Chile is hot and flavorful here. Their rice and beans are one of my favorite places to get them. They do it right.
