One of few places open Monday mornings! We were traveling back to Texas from NM and called ahead from Cimmaron to pick up breakfast for our road trip. What luck to stumble upon Zayra's. I LOVE NM sopapillas (the kind WITHOUT sugar and cinnamon, just fluffy fried tortilla) and you can tell these are homemade - fresh hot and fluffy. We all ate just plain bacon (or sausage) egg and cheese burritos and had Christmas salsa on the side (to spice to our own desire) and everyone loved...read full review
Nice little place to stop on our way to Red River! Definitely recommend the Tortas & steak tacos were delicious!
