One of few places open Monday mornings! We were traveling back to Texas from NM and called ahead from Cimmaron to pick up breakfast for our road trip. What luck to stumble upon Zayra's. I LOVE NM sopapillas (the kind WITHOUT sugar and cinnamon, just fluffy fried tortilla) and you can tell these are homemade - fresh hot and fluffy. We all ate just plain bacon (or sausage) egg and cheese burritos and had Christmas salsa on the side (to spice to our own desire) and everyone...
Unfortunately I didn't eat here. I'm traveling with a dog and wanted to know if I could bring my dog inside. I was told no. It hasn't earned his service card yet. I should add that I was politely told no and that makes a big difference.
Excellent place to get mexican or American food the burrito 🌯 were stuff all the wholesome goodness and the eggs and sausage were done Excellent. Very friendly and pleasant people
