“I stopped in to get a cake for my husband’s birthday. The owner told me about every cake she had available that day. I appreciated the fantastic customer service- I didn’t have to repeatedly interrupt anyone to ask about each cake. I chose the Torta Frida. It was absolutely one of the best cakes I have ever had! It was not overly sweet, something my husband and I complain about when it’s concerning most cakes and desserts. The cake was like a dense, rich, and very moist corn cake topped with mascarpone cream, beautifully decorated with fruit. It was the perfect summer time desert! Can’t wait until the next special occasion! Looking forward to trying her chocolate cakes- the true test of a quality cake shop!“

The service of the girls who run this business is excellent, they are very friendly and serve with a smile on their faces.
What can I tell you about empanadas... The sweet ones are just as tasty as the stewed ones. So far my favorites are the mole, brisket and green chili slices.
As a post, the pineapple empanadas or the apple empanadas although really they are all yummy.
I will have to continue visiting this gem of a place to try everything they have on the menu.

“Started unloading me right when I got here. Please note that the address of 301 north Dallas will show up on the other side of the tracks on Google maps. The actual bakery is on the other side of the bridge as you can see on Google maps but their warehouse for deliveries and pick ups are here as marked on the picture I posted. Make sure you get wide to turn into this place. It's basically a u turn to get in here.“

“Please support this bakery, come and get a sourdough bread for your family, you will notice the difference. They have a pastry that is a cross between a croissant and a muffin, filled with chocolate mousse, simply delicious. The people are nice and friendly.

Absolutely adorable Halloween cookies available too, my kids said they were delicious. Only got a few things, but I know where to go when I need something specific! “Just wanted to shout out the bakery team. I mistakenly ordered a cake as a surprise , and I ordered it to be done on the wrong date! I called today around noon to check the status because I hadn’t received a confirmation and that’s when I figured out I ordered the cake for two days from now when I needed it today!
