We went here right after we got to the village around 5:00 p.m. for a late lunch to hold us over until dinner. I ordered the chicken tenders and fries, trying to just keep it simple, and my fiance ordered a burger. I upgraded my fries to truffle, and I'm so glad I did because they were amazing! By fiancee also devoured his burger and shared it hit the spot. We are really surprised with the quality, we just didn't really have high expectations but they definitely delivered! This restaurant also has the cutest view over the riverbed and view of the snow mountain, if you want to sit outside on the patio. They also have a pretty generous cocktail happy hour menu and a ton of beer on tap.

The food here is great. Seat yourself. Order at the bar. Everything we had was really really good. Wings were outstanding. Gluten free pizza was bomb. Hamburger, great. Staff was very pleasant. We had a really good experience (party of 7 + infant). Would definitely recommend.

I was in Taos during this week, and liked your meals, but the service wasn’t pleasant one.
However, I was promised by the cashier that I will be refunded since 12/24 for 2 payments:
1st: I ordered at 6 pm 2 burgers, but they charged me for 3 and I was promised by the waitress the refund will be processed for the 3rd on. (total cost $58.20).
2nd: I ordered later at the same night 2 vegetarian burgers, and after 20 minutes they advised that no vegetarian burgers left for that night. total cost $38.80).
Note: I tried calling several times but with no response. When will the above refunds be processed?

WORST PLACE EVER
Took them 1.5 hours to bring (simple) food! And no warning whatsoever when we ordered. Took our money and had us wait 90 minutes!
The food came in to go boxes. They didn’t have time to was the dishes, they said.
The salads had half the ingredients missing - no cucumber, and no Brussels sprouts.
I asked the burger with no cheese. It came with cheese. If I wait 90 minutes can I at least get what I ordered? The bun and the burgers were also burnt.
Stay away from this place.

We had the most fun and an exceptional evening with Caleigh and Gary sorting out the drinks and food with skill and a lot of local knowledge. Who knew tarantulas migrated? Cayleigh & who advised us on drinks and menu choices … both of them. Loved it. A tourist in Taos, these guys!! ❤️

In the TSV, there's really no matching the views. This restaurant features a small but enticing menu that's excellently prepared, outdoor eating if you desire, and they make a really solid mojito. Our food was fast and delicious, really a must visit if you're here.
