This is our favorite go to for weekend brunch! The food is always high quality and fast. Service is professional. Don't let a line or crowd fool you, they deliver a great experience even when they're busy!
Loved my breakfast Tacos. Paid a little extra for sprinkled bacon. Potatoes came out crispy as requested. My husband enjoyed his blue corn waffles. Our server was so kind. We enjoyed our 2 cups of coffee. An easy walk from the Taos Inn if you run fast enough to avoid cars.
The food is amazing! Who knew that huevos could taste so wonderful!? Lavazza coffee, our server, Lucas was excellent and the atmosphere is cozy and homey. Non-pork bacon ( beef!(better) or turkey (yuck)) would be a nice option to add to the menu.
