Dear Northside Team, I wanted to share my experience with a recent lunch order that unfortunately fell short of expectations. I ordered the NM Green Chile Cheeseburger, but what I received was missing key ingredients—no lettuce, cheese, or any of the usual fixings. The bun was soggy, the patty tasted old, and it didn’t appear to be fully cooked. First of Kliasanna and Tatiana are Awesome professional and great at their job , Great customer service and way better then the South lota burger in Taos . This Is My Number 1 Place to go get my Breakfast Burrito Fix with Green Chili 😋

Second time I've gone to bakes this month and employees were very rude. They want 20+ bucks for one burger with fries and kids chicken nuggets. Last time I checked Blake's was fast food, if I want to spend over 20 bucks on a meal I'll go order it from a real restaurant. Won't be going back.

Pretty disappointed. Blake's seems to be going downhill. Here are a few of my three gripes from this trip: 1) over the phone ordering system isn't very accurate or user friendly - I placed my order through the automated system, but then had to speak to person (foreign call center) to confirm it which was very inefficient, 2) the burrito quality and quantity did not meet my expectations - for an $8 burrito, there wasn't much egg, chile, or sausage, and 3) there was trash everywhere in the parking lot and outdoor patio. Maybe I'll go back, but again, I am pretty disappointed. Blake's, please don't fall to a Taco Bell or McDonald's standard. Have some pride.

I RARELY give 4 stars so this is saying a lot. I don't give 5 stars unless they go way above and beyond. People give 5 stars too easily. It should be more of a grade not ass kissing or to hurt their business with a one star. That is as far as mom and pop type of businesses. Mega corporations ALWAYS deserve a low score.
