“A must try in taos if you want delicious spanish-french fusion at a Very Relaxed Pace. Perfect for the retired and other people with a lot of time on their hands. I always make an effort to stop when I swing through town, and I especially love the baked brie, the valencia paella and the pollo borachon. Price is higher than a regular breakfast restaurant but absolutely worth it for the craft and variety. Consider avoiding on a holiday weekend if you dont care about eating worse food somewhere else.
