Not great - cafeteria atmosphere... even though we had to walk up to order, the order taker dude was preoccupied with his phone and we had to stand there a few minutes while he argued with his girlfriend. Finally another order taker took our order... It came out fast - I'll give'm that. I suppose because it's all pre-cooked and sitting in a warmer for who knows how long...food was fine, I guess. I won't be back.

Stop at this delicious restaurant after going to the Gorge. It has lots of seating, great atmosphere, friendly service, & good food. I had the green chile enchiladas.

It was good food and they brought it out quickly. We had a group of 13 and they got us seated in a side room right away. We got there about 1 pm. There were customers in and out all the time we were there. Pretty popular.Everyone had plenty to eat and we left with some leftovers. The chips and salsa were so good.The waiters checked on us and got things we needed but were not hanging around to much. Everyone was friendly and helpful.You order at the order portal and pay when you come in then pick up your silverware and go sit down.Parking: Parking was just outside but lots of people go here so we had to hunt a little for a parking space.Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheelchair access and room at the tables fo wheelchairs.
When you go to Taos, you owe it to yourself to eat here at least once! It's awesome. Great value too.

We are visiting from Texas and went to Guadalajara Grill at the recommendation of a local. The people/servers were great. The atmosphere was okay. The food wasn’t anything that we expected:Tacos - the meat was dry and the corn tortillas seemed to have been heated in a microwave.Fajitas - the meat wasn’t seasoned with the normal spices, but was cooked in a tomato sauce.Chimichangas - they tasted pretty good, but you’ll regret it later if you have plans to be out later…..you’ll be taking more trips to the bathroom than you’ll have time to spend out.Burritos - the red chile sauce was said to taste like spaghetti-o juice.

The food was great with huge portions. The service was terrific. The restaurant itself is pretty dated but it didn’t matter because the food was fast and good.

Stopped in for dinner while traveling, and was very impressed with the food and service. The burrito supremo is one of the best burritos I have had in a long while (as is the house made horchata). The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, and service was very quick.Highly recommend this place!
