“I come from an Italian family, am a long time chef myself and I cherish food greatly ! We ordered take out pizzas and they were delightful. Sauce was ripe, simple, sweet. So lovely that there are multiple cheese offerings. Adequate toppings for satisfaction. So grateful for a GF crust option AND we would love if you made your own GF crust ! It would be so much more soul nourishing.

“All I can say is Pizanos has never let me down. I’m now 4 months pregnant and have regular cravings for their Caesar salad which is consistently satisfying. The staff is quick with my spaghetti or fish and chips and refills my water the moment I drink it down. I am so grateful for the good service as it’s hard to find in Taos.“

“First time at the Trading Post for dinner. I had the steak, which was very good, my daughter had the pizza which she loved. The atmosphere is casual, the staff was friendly and Ky was attentive (thanks Ky). Definitely have a pizza when you visit this restaurant, it is so good“

“My husband and I are visiting Taos for a few days and stopped in for dinner based on my mother in law's recommendation. The food was amazing and we'd go back in a heartbeat. We ordered the fried zucchini, chicken parmigiano, and a sausage sandwich. The portions were good size and we both left with at least half our meal.“
