A diamond in the rough is still valuable!! The overall experience is a 10. They have the herby fries that I will dream about- Samoan is gracious and has a servant’s heart with a vivacious personality. I would recommend anybody to stop at this wonderful place, it’s the best first impression on any town I’ve ever been through. And I understand they’re getting a facelift soon, but it’s still beautiful because of the people the food, and is the overall little piece of land. It’s on, and the patio is enchanted. Stop, you will not regret it, turn aroundcome back drive hours totally worth it! Howard the Dog approved!!Vegetarian options: Get the herby fries!!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten- free choicesParking: Anywhere around the placesKid-friendliness: Atmosphere and plenty of choices and clean bathrooms!Wheelchair accessibility: It’s rough but a wheelchair could make the porch!!

I know that Aly is capable of fabulous food...however this evening we were disappointed. the fish and chips were ok, but a salt bomb... The fish was terribly soggy on the down side...Not tartar sauce but I was thrilled that there was malted vinegar for the chips, we ordered beef bourgignon pie and a mince pie...the mince was substituted by a chicken chipotle!! We should have been told that the mince was sold out. The felafel was delicious except for the ubiquitous balsamic vinaigrette on the hummus (which on its own is amazing!)Not our best experience here. We have had so much more elevated food here! I hope it shall be so again.

We had some excellent gyros. It's a small place that makes for some intimate dining. When the weather's nice, you can spread out a bit on the patio.

Got Egg Sandi GF (corn tortilla instead of bread) and it was delish! I recommend the bacon AND avocado option! Hubs got the gyro salad, also great! And we shared a side of falafel—yum!! Great service by Simone!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan options available.

Terrific addition in 2023 to the Taos food scene, IMO. I eat lower on the food chain and love Aly's Moroccan Butternut Stew Pie.Vegetarian options: Nice balance of flavors and spices in Aly's vegetarian option.
This place is SO good. Somehow all the food in Taos is incredible, it doesn't seem to matter what kind of restaurant. We got the lamb & beef gyro, the chicken chipotle pie, and the pear and walnut with shawarma on top. The flavors felt very unique, and everything was super delicious. Also the atmosphere was cozy and the staff were lovely!
You find that lovely road cafe On your way to Taos ski valley. Very charming place and full of Sun lights. Food is lovelyyyy! Must try -chicken pie and cardamom cake?????????????
